Terms of Service

Client acknowledges that all items were received in clean, good working condition unless otherwise noted in writing at the time of pickup. Any pre-existing damage must be reported to Table Tabu within 2 hours of pickup.

Rental items are intended for standard dining and event display use only. Outdoor use is permitted at the Client's sole risk. Weather-related damage, including damage caused by wind, rain, or extreme temperatures, is the responsibility of the Client and is not covered under Table Tabu's rental terms.

Table Tabu is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use, pickup, drop-off, or handling of rental items. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Table Tabu harmless from any claims relating to the event or the use of rental items.
