TABLE TABU RENTAL POLICY
Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, the Client authorizes Table Tabu to charge for rental fees, deposits, late fees, replacement fees, and any additional charges incurred under this agreement. Payment is processed prior to pickup, or by phone for phone orders.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking for all rentals:
- Tier-1 items priced between $19.99 – $22.99 require a $35.00 refundable deposit.
- Tier-2 items priced between $21.99 – $24.99 require a $45.00 refundable deposit.
The deposit will be refunded in full once all rental items are returned on time, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, late fees, or replacement charges will be deducted from the deposit. If charges exceed the deposit amount, the Client authorizes Table Tabu to charge the remaining balance to the card on file.
Card Information & Security
Table Tabu may securely hold customer credit card information solely for the purpose of charging replacement, damage, loss, non-return, or late fees. Once all items are returned and verified in good condition, and with all original packaging, card information will be destroyed. Table Tabu does not retain customer credit card information for future orders.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a partial refund, less a 10% cancellation fee for processing and restocking.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are 100% non-refundable. Items may be reassigned at Table Tabu's discretion.
- No refunds are issued for unused items, regardless of quantity.
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time, without communication within 24 hours, are considered a cancellation and are 100% non-refundable. Unclaimed items may be reassigned to other orders. Early or late pickup does not reduce or extend the rental period.
Force Majeure
In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond either party's control, Table Tabu will review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
